DescriptionPhotograph of several men, horses, and carriages crossing the Mohawk River via the ferry at Dunsbach Ferry NY. One of the carriages bears the sign "Miller House, Cohoes." The tall poles on the ferry helped to keep the cables from swinging over the horses' heads. A small oar boat is visible at the river bank. The original photograph is affixed to a scrapbook page; an additional image of the ferry party (IAB00068) is below it on the same page.
