Guiliani who was the US District Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1983-1989 were honored with Doctor of Law Degrees from Albany Law School. Rudolph Guiliani gave the address at the commencement. Thomas M. Whalen graduated from Albany Law School in 1958. Richard J. Bartlett was the Dean of Albany Law School from 1979-1986. |
