We encourage libraries, museums, historical societies and other cultural organizations in our region to contact us about becoming involved in this project. Participating organizations must be institutional members of the Capital District Library Council. Participants agree to attend several training sessions and meetings during their first year of participation. At this time, participants are chosen by application twice a year.
