This region encompasses the following ten upstate New York State counties: Albany, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington.
The CDLC Digital Collections website was unveiled in late 2008 with material from ten institutions. Currently over 20 organizations including area academic institutions, public libraries, special libraries, museums, and historical groups are contributing materials to the collection.
